Fifteen millilitres is not very much. You can close your hand around the bottle and forget it is there.
We are often asked why the bottle is small. The honest answer is that the oil is made in slow, silver-steeped batches, and a small bottle is what an unhurried process produces. We would rather make a little, carefully, than a lot in a rush.
Measured by the drop
A ritual measured by the drop lasts longer than it looks. Two to four drops each evening is the whole of it. The bottle is meant to be a nightly companion, not a thing you pour without thinking.
A quiet object
Held up to a lamp, the oil carries a warm amber tone, with the occasional flake of gold turning slowly inside. It is a quiet object, made to sit on a shelf and be reached for at the end of the day.
Patch test on the inner elbow before first use; discontinue if irritation occurs.
